Social Media Community Moderator (part-time)
Social Factor is always looking for great moderation talent. We'd love to hear from you if you have interest in working with us as a Social Media Community Moderator on a part-time (20-25 hour/week) basis, starting in mid-March. Shifts are scheduled between 7am-7pmCT.
A plus if you are passionate or have worked in the automotive industry! The Community Moderator role will work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available. Part-time Community Moderator Requirements:
- Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
- Previous social media moderation experience is required
- Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and able to follow clear guidelines and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience engaging with users on behalf of the client (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills (a moderation & skills assessment will be given for final candidates)
- Strong willingness to learn and think critically; a proactive approach
- High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
- Interact with users in real-time, answering questions and appropriately engaging in discussion and troubleshooting efforts
- Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics
- Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
- Personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
